Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, I found the room unclean with food leftovers in the fridge and hair scattered on the floor. The hotel's well-equipped kitchenette was a plus, although it was disappointing that the room was not ready for check-in.
The hotel's rooms were lacking in cleanliness and maintenance, with issues like barking dogs, animal hair, and broken amenities. However, the location was convenient, nestled between downtown Buffalo and Niagara, offering peaceful surroundings. The dining options were minimal, but the nearby amenities added value to the stay.
The hotel had some issues, like the loud music at night and the initial cold room, but it did feel cozy like home. Despite these drawbacks, the location was ideal for shopping and traveling, offering convenience and lower prices compared to airport hotels.
Upon arrival, the room was not cleaned as expected, and we were moved to another room with an upgrade fee even though the quality was still below standard for a 2-star hotel. The service from the manager, originally not friendly, improved drastically after a move, especially considering laundry assistance. The location was convenient for reaching the Buffalo Airport and nearby shopping centers, but was marred by overpowering cigar and cigarette smoke smells. The dining options were limited and inconsistent, as advertised, with mainly carb-heavy offerings available for only a short period. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offered competitive prices on Memorial Day weekend.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and convenient. The rooms were equipped with a small kitchen and a compact washroom. I appreciated the included kitchen facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi, but I found the absence of toilet paper and towels to be a letdown.
The hotel is conveniently located near a major outdoor shopping mall, making it easy to access various places. Despite some cleanliness issues and noise disturbances, the staff were friendly and apologetic. The breakfast offerings were decent, and the overall experience was satisfactory.
